We've been Shortlisted!!  #DPBusinessAwards
We've  some great news to kickstart our cheese making this year!  We have been shortlisted for the Daily Post Business Awards (Food and Drink) being held on the 31st March, so as you can imagine we are really pleased and really looking forward to the evening, which should have gone ahead last year.

Not many people know that cheese making is 80% cleaning, and hard work.  But I love it!  We are based in pretty North Wales and produce a range of award winning soft spreadable cheeses, infused with delicious flavours.

This week I'm making Cracked Black Pepper, Welsh Honey, Fresh Chives and Penderyn Whisky soft cheeses and I've have also introduced a range of delicious chutneys, Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam, Real Ale and Caramelised Red Onion to complement our cheeses.

We have our first small farmers market of 2022 in Rhuddlan next Saturday 12th February.  It's in the Community Centre and there will be many other stalls.  Hopefully people will be buying some cheese and chutneys for a romantic Valentine's evening and it's always a good opportunity for me to buy some produce from other stalls and support local!
